Biograd is a small Croatian town of rich history and cultural traditions, and it is situated in northern Dalmatia, near Zadar, on a small peninsula (centre) and its surroundings (newer part). It is even known from the medieval period when it was a city where Croatian Kings were crowned, and today it is an important holiday destination with a hundred-year tradition in tourism.
